DELIVERY

We deliver for free in France and Europe. We do not deliver (for the moment) outside of Europe, nor in the DOM-TOM, Meililla, Ceuta, Gibraltar, Tenerife and Greenland. Your order will generally be dispatched within 3 to 6 working days. A confirmation email with your tracking number will be sent to you when your package is shipped. Delivery time to UK: Please note that due to the current logistical issues caused by Brexit, orders to the UK may experience delays. Please allow 2-3 more days for customs clearance processes.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If your board is damaged, or the accessories are faulty, please take some photos of the delivered product (including packaging) that show the damage and send them to our Customer Service team contact@tudandcrab.com within 14 days of receipt. receipt of your order. Please indicate the order number in your e-mail: it is a number that starts with "D" and can be found on the back of the product. We will investigate your complaint and let you know as soon as possible how we can help.

Please note that our supplier is based in Germany and is subject to German laws regarding bespoke products. This means that he has the right to repair or replace defective products twice (§§ 433, 437, 439, 312d clause 4 Nr. 1 BGB) before offering a refund. If your product is damaged or if part of your order is missing, please contact our Customer Service team so that they can find an acceptable solution in the event of a justified complaint.

When returning for a definitive refund or for a second exchange or for any order shipped outside mainland France, it is up to the customer to organize the return and pay the shipping costs, except in the case where he has received a product presenting a manufacturing defect or not corresponding to the initial order. In the case of a partial refund of an order, the outward delivery costs will remain your responsibility.

No refund, exchange or credit note will be made before receipt of the returned products.
We advise you to choose a mode of transport with tracking number. Without tracking number, we will not accept any claim. In addition, parcels for which the identification of the customer (surname, first name, address, order number) will not be possible, will be refused.

Your credit note or refund will be made within 15 days of receipt of your items and automatically to the account associated with the credit card used during payment or to the Paypal account used for payment.
